Welcome to this website, provided by TLH Direct. By using this website, you agree to comply with this Policy and to indemnify TLH Direct against any claims by third parties that occur from your violation of this Policy. We reserve the right to add to, modify, or delete any part of this Policy at any time.

General

TLH Direct offers a membership affiliate related to the travel industry, for a business opportunity and benefits to its members. TLH Direct has developed an online platform that serves the purposes of the business intended for its members to provide equal chance of success to all its members.

TLH Direct makes no guaranties or claims for success of any individual or corporate member. A membership can be achieved only via referral from an existing member or the corporate company directly.

It is taken for granted that a Joining member has been in contact with a sponsor, joined a convention or an online seminar and understands the business model and agrees to its rules and regulations.

A member accepts that all relevant information concerning his/her individual portfolio is placed online under its unique panel. Moreover, he/she accepts all official content and lines of communication specified and updated on the site under the Announcements, FAQ page, and individual panel.

A member agrees not to hold TLH Direct responsible for any lack of service provided by a third party vendor involved as a Strategic Alliance Partner with us. You also agree to comply and assist TLH Direct to solve any situation caused by a third Party without damaging the image of the organization at any given point.

Use of Site Services

The site may contain bulletin board services, forums, chat areas, and/or other message facilities designed to enable users to communicate with the public at large or with a group. You agree to use these facilities only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the purpose of the facilities. For example, but not limited to, you agree that, when using these services, you will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information; upload or otherwise make available files that contain images, photos, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (including rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; or use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the site in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary right of any party.

Charges

A member is charged a onetime unique payment for its affiliation. A member accepts the charge of $300 USD for its membership (this is a limited time offer while the company is in its start up phase). The membership fee is a onetime fee for joining TLH Direct and can be paid in increments depending on the choice made when signing up. Note that the full benefits are not available until the membership fee is paid in full. Also, once TLH members begin to receive payments from TLH as described in the Rewards section of this website, there will be an accounting and site maintenance fee of $30 per month per membership automatically deducted from the monetary rewards due to each member.
A member agrees to an exchange rate in case the accepted currency is US Dollars.
If you miss a payment your membership will be cancelled and you will lose your position. For renewal of membership there is a $50 processing fee.

Additional Purchases

A member purchasing a product via TLH Direct, acknowledges that his/her account is intended for individual purchases and commits to use a proven self-owned method of payment unique to his/ her account and owned by the member.

A member acknowledges that all product's terms and conditions are clearly specified before purchase of the product.

Payments

Payment schedules are posted in the back office page, and the available amounts for withdrawal are specified on each individual members panel.

Payments and commissions are paid according to the membership levels.

Commission payments commence at the level an existing member sponsors a new member.

Debit & Credit cards

Debit & Credit cards will be sent to the member when membership is paid in full.

Cancellation Policy:

A member can cancel its membership at any time with a one (1) week advance notice. The cancelation of the membership does not imply a refund of the amount made for the original joining into the opportunity presented by a TLH Direct representative.

Refund Policy:

TLH Direct does NOT offer a refund once a member has joined. We offer assistance and sponsors that will help you to understand the business model prior to joining.

Excluding the general no refund policy, TLH Direct will refund a member only if the following may occurred:


All Requests for a refund must be formally presented, with a clear explanation and a color piece of ID for verification.

Disputes

All members must comply with the rules of disputes, contacting directly the corporate company via the instruction on its individual Panel.

All Disputes are governed by Panamanian laws.
